WHOA. This was a real tasty pizza - so tasty that I attempted to recreate it when I got home, since we don't live in Minneapolis. The rinotta cheese is super unique and majorly delicious. We got The Rustler with rinotta and some cheese sticks. Will absolutely eat this again.

My carnivore husband and I can always agree on Luce because there are so many options for both of us. Even he is addicted to the Lucky Drummies mock chicken nuggets. Plus they have more than one vegan cheese option. The "chicken" parm sandwich is addicting.

Found this place on a road trip. Good location off 94 near stadium. Was impressed with the menu-lots of options, very clearly marked. Got a wild mushroom pizza with their "Rinotta" a rif on ricotta-a cashew spread. Lots of flavor. A little pricey. They send left overs to compost or to local farms-pretty cool. Fun eclectic decor. They are also a certified gluten aware by celiac awareness group. Lots of gf options as well.

A great vegan friendly pizza joint - Edit
It's rare, very rare, that I visit Minneapolis and I don't get a pizza from Pizza Lucé. The Rustler, with the vegan "Rinotta" cheese is my favorite pizza, anywhere. I crave that thing. They also have sandwiches, appetizers, and a few desserts, but I always get the same thing.

Delicious Pizza and Sandwiches - Edit
Pizza Luce has lots of really tasty vegan sandwiches and pizzas on their menu. They have multiple vegan cheeses, several mock-meats and their pizza crusts and sauces are so good, a veggie pizza, hold the cheese, doesn't feel like you're missing out on anything.
