Excellent options - Edit
We love eating here because they offer vegan cheese and Herbivorous Butcher meat alternatives. I love that we don't have to omit the cheese to enjoy a pizza. It's not just one option; there are multiple options on the menu- appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and even vegan dessert options—a great beer menu, serving up many locally brewed beers.

There is always a seasonal pizza that people get excited about that includes a vegan version for an option.
You can't go wrong with the sub sandwiches, garlic cheese bread, or pizza options.
Their website is awesome to search for, as you can select vegan, and it highlights all the vegan options.
Pros: excellent options, Herbiverous Butcher alternative meats- quality!

Wonderful Pizza - Edit
Family and I were in town for a few days and ate here twice. It was great for everyone since I’m the only vegan. I had the vegan fire breathing dragon the first time and then the vegan Rustler. I love a place that gives me so many options.

The veggies are perfectly cooked and there’s lots of them
third, and this is what I think makes the biggest difference - the crust is absolutely stellar. It really sets them apart.
And lastly, the delivery guy was super friendly
I fly in to Eden Prairie occasionally for work, and now that I have found Pizza Lucé, you can bet that I’m gonna order from them every time I come back.

I’m told the vegan meatball appetizer used to be better, but I thought it was delicious. The vegan cheeseburger is absurdly good, but unfortunately seasonal.

Good dependable pizza - Edit
Favorite easy pizza spot in the cities. Their multiple locations are very convenient and service at every Pizza Luce I've been to has been good. Tons of vegan options. Almost everything on the menu can be made vegan. They have two different types of vegan cheese: their house made ricotta and a store brand vegan cheese. I prefer the vegan cheese but my partner who hates all vegan cheeses prefers and enjoys the ricotta. Great place to bring non vegan family along too!

Vegan hoagies are a hit! - Edit
Pizza Luce has been offering quality vegan menu items since its start in 1993. You can taste this experience in their Hoagies.
Read moreAll hoagies are served toasted on your choice of multigrain, white, or their homemade focaccia bread (my recommendation), with potato chips and a pickle on the side. Portion sizes are perfect and leave you full but not stuffed.
The vegan Mock Muffuletta has a tangy BBQ sauce, seasoned mock duck, muffuletta olives, and a homemade "uncheese" made from tofu and cashews. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, mild banana peppers, and vegan mayo. Delectable. The flavors really work well together with no single ingredient overpowering another. Each enjoyable bite made me contemplate what I was eating.
The Vegan Veggieball Parmigiana is another wonder. It is smothered in their classic red sauce and topped with onions, tomato, and your choice of either a vegan cheese or their in-house RiNOTa (my recommendation). I had to ask the server if the meatballs were truly vegan and not the real thing (they were indeed vegan). It's quite delicious with a hint of heat, but not too spicy.

I love pizza lucé, they have an extensive amount of vegan options ranging from hoagies, pizza,pasta, a few desserts and even brunch! Everything is labeled and staff is very knowledgeable!
