Delicious Italian - Edit
Went twice during our stay in Pemba. The pasta is apparently homemade and was very tasty - we asked them to use oil instead of butter. Second night we had pizza from their wood fired oven which was also delicious. Our waiter also spoke good English, which we found to be a rarity in Pemba! Average prices for the area.
