Wow!

This was satisfying vegan pizza. I got a whole pie--half sweet potato and half eggplant and wow it was so good. The vegan cheese made it taste closer than expected to real pizza and the dough was light enough to not fill me up (clearly--I ate an entire pie).

The real power move was eating half of each kind and then pouring the included packets of spices on the other half. It was a whole new combination of flavors. I can't recommend this place enough.

If I were a local, I'd probably be twice my weight by now from eating here all the time.

Pros: Lots of interesting toppings options, Delicious vegan pizza, Decent value

Reliable and Vegan-Sensitive

Pizza Bomba is a clutch place. The Pizza is very cheap (30 NIS for a small plain Vegan Pie enough to split) , the hours are incredible as it's open really late. The service is always so quick, usually taking less than 10 minutes for a fresh pie. The vegan cheese (which last I checked was potato based) is stringy and delicious when hot. My favorite thing about this place is the sensitivity to vegans. A very young guy behind the counter went out of his way to go to the back and clean the pizza slicer which had regular cheese on it, before slicing my Vegan Pie.

Pizza Bomba is hardly gourmet or the best pizza in Jerusalem. The crust is soft, too doughy, and underwhelming. Most of the toppings are canned. That being said it is always great for a quick cheap meal option and it;s perfect after a night out in the Shuk.

Pros: Cheap, Fast, Great hours, Kosher, Vegan-Sensitive

Cons: Crust is below average, Limited Seating
