Souper - Edit
There is a self-serve bar with ingredients for Malatang hot pot or stir fry. The ingredients weren't labeled at the bar, but there was a menu with photos. One half of the bar was all vegan--vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu. Unfortunately, there could be cross contamination if a customer selects a vegan ingredient after selecting an animal product.
Read moreI chose corn noodles, broccoli, tofu, bean sprouts, lotus root, oyster mushroom, and snow fungus. The tasty broth had a strong peanut flavor.
Note: The ramen noodles contain egg.

My favorite soup in the city - Edit
Obsessed with this place, fav vegan meal in the city. Everyone who works there is amazing ❤️
Read moreThe hot pot bar has like 5 types of greens, probably 3 kinds of tofu, a bunch of vegan noodle options, and it's a pretty good deal for how much food you get. It's super flavorful compared to other vegan hot pot, especially if you like spicy food. The broth is vegan by default.
The lemony ponzu dipping sauce is good and the chili sauce is so flavorful, probably get a lower spice level than you think and just add chili sauce
