Surprising vegan options - Edit
We ended here after a failed attempt at a cash only (and already half sold out) veg restaurant.
Read moreBurrito with heüra and vegan cheese was amazing (but best shared otherwise might feel too heavy), and the japanese inspired (deconstructed) Buddha bowl with tofu maki was excellent (maybe a bit too much pickled ginger on the side!).
Nice staff, terrace in the sidewalk was not too busy and in the shadow in early afternoon.

Durch Zufall landeten wir im Pivstro und diese kleine Bierkneipe war wirklich ein Glücksgriff. Neben einer großen Auswahl an Bier gab es auch ein paar vegane Speisen auf der Karte. Da werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder einkehren.

The restaurant offers good vegan options. We had a bowl of falafel and sweet potato fries, the falafel was very juicy and not too dry. And also a burrito, which was very juicy and tasted great. The dips for the individual dishes were also very tasty. The restaurant was small but nice and the staff was very friendly.

Had a vegan burger with fries. My friends had wraps and a vegan bowl. Everything tasted fantastic and the portion where pretty big for the fair price. All sauces where self made and tasted really good.

We had a great service, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious. I highly recommend to try the homemade nachos (no joke!). They also serve good drinks, local beer and cider were wonderful. Thank you!

Amazing vegan burrito with beyond meat, very big portion with fries and salad, special beers, nice garden in quite street but near the historic centre. Very friendly stuff! They knew all the beers and they can explain taste and help with everything. Love it!

Lovely Czech restaurant in the center of Plzen. Menu has several vegan fast food options, for example Beyond burger and Buddha Bowl, and they are clearly marked. Food has always been extremely delicious and the portions are big. Staff speaks English but the menus are in Czech. Often very full in the evening so a table reservation is a good idea. Cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant and outside on the terrace. A good option for a group including vegans and non-vegans.

Anytime I come here, it is such a delicious experience! I like frequent changes in the menu so vegans can always try a new variety of flavours and enjoy it there. Stuff has always been nice.

You have to like Beyond meat - Edit
No English menu available. The waitress was nice and helped us translate BUT failed to mention that the Buddha bowl came with fries so we ordered a portion of fries ending up with fries galore. Also ordered nachos because they were the only other option without Beyond meat. The bowl was nice, fries delicious and the nachos were homemade.

Ich habe das erste Mal überhaupt Quesadillas gegessen und muss sagen: ich habe mich ein bisschen verliebt (auch in die Mayo). Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und auf Nachfrage bekam ich auch noch eine sehr leckere Guacamole. Mein Freund bestellte sich ein omnivores Gericht, bei dem ihmzufolge zu viel Fleisch dabei war. Also: bestellt vegane Optionen ;)
Die Limos sind für mich etwas zu süß. Und die Karte vor Ort ist nur auf tschechisch, eine englische Version gibt's im Internet und die Bedienung hilft bei der Bestellung.
I'm glad that we found this place, because I first wanted to go into another restaurant. I ordered the quesadillas and fell in love with them. The rest of the meal was also delicious. Only the lemonades are to sweet in my opinion. The menu is only in Czech, but you can find an english version on their website. The staff helps you with the translation.

I wasn’t even sure I wanted to drive into Pilsen. Now I wonder when we can come back. Menu has Beyond Meat burgers, burritos and sausages. The entire place would fit in perfectly in any major metro vegan scene. The beers are giant, the food is incredible and you get multiple great choices. You won’t be disappointed. It does get busy, so call ahead for a table. My son is 7 years old and said he’d give it 4.5 stars because the bun was a little too crunchy and hard for him to eat. My wife said she’s pretty proud of herself for finding the place. I’m just happy to have eaten there.
