Not a Health Food "store" - Edit
Like the description implies, it is not a health food store where you are going to find produce, etc. I had to backtrack to the big store at the intersection of Hwy 8 and Hwy 9 (east of town) which had a decent natural food aisle. One of those 20' x 20' supply centers. The rating is based on knowing what it is when you go there.
