Quick service falafel stand. Small menu. The non-vegan item is a yoghurt sauce called labane, which comes its own dish. Try the falafel with "the works. Open Wed-Sat 11:00am-6:00pm.

Fantastic Falafels - Edit
Pita Place is without a doubt, the best, consistently delicious option for vegetarian food in Fairbanks. Everything that is served there is fresh and vegetarian! When possible, they use fresh, organic veggies purchased that day at the farmers market. Delicious, freshly made pitas, fantastic falafel, and the best spicy harif sauce I've ever had. Dropping in for a "full falafel with everything" has become a hugely popular and valued summer tradition with Fairbanksians, especially combined with a trip to the Saturday Farmers Market! Pita Place is only open in the summer between Wednesday and Saturday.
