pita pits are gross and dangerous for real vegetarian/vegans.
there are thai places and a hf store in town that serve vegan food. fret not.

Great Spicy Bean Burger Pita - Edit
Oak Harbor has a serious lack of Vegi Friendly places to eat. This is one place that offers a tasty Bean Burger patty Pita. Pita pit has some tasty vegi fixings as well as hummus. Very clean interior that gives you the impression that the owners care about the place. Give it a try, think you will leave happy.
