Great Food and Service - Edit

I've heard lots about the Pita Pit in Napanee so I thought I'd give them a try and I'm glad I did. There's lots to choose from on their menu to build the perfect meal. The food was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely be going back.

Vegetarian and Vegan Items Labelled - Edit

There’s not much for vegans or vegetarians to get in Napanee but luckily the pita pit options saved the day. I would always load up on falafel and hummus with lots of veggies (and cheese since I was vegetarian at the time).

Pros: Falafel and hummus are great staples, Clearly labelled vegan options

Decent lunch option for the area - Edit

There aren't too many vegan options in Napanee, so I was very pleased to see the Pita Pit menu actually has all vegan items clearly marked. The staff seemed fairly educated about veganism, changing their gloves before making my pita and informing me that although there's a vegetarian section of the grill, it is not fully vegan and they can't guarantee there won't be cross-contamination with animal products on the grill. Pita Pit will do the trick for something fast and filling and at least you know what you're getting.
