This place was recommended as it's supposed to be vegan/vegetarian friendly. It's not.
The falafel is cooked on same grill as meat.
Staff is not knowledgeable about food ingredients. We indicated dairy allegies when asking about soup. Ate the soup, found out afterwards that it had cheese.
Not making it themselves (it's from a frozen food service package) is not an excuse for not knowing what's in it, and selling it to customers as if it's safe for them, after they've said they have allergies is just wrong.
If you have no food allergies, the food is passable, but average. It you have allergies, go elsewhere.
Pros: Has fresh veg
Cons: Falafel is cooked on meat grill, Was told soup was vegan. It had cheese, Staff are not knowledgeable about food allergins

I’m deaf so that may have impacted the employees behavior toward me.
Read moreThey are pretty accommodating in showing me their allergen list which also lists what’s vegan or not (they seem to consider honey as vegan though so beware). They also showed me where I could find this detail online. Unfortunately, they seem to be changing up a number of their sauces lately so I have no idea if the allergen listing have been updated already to reflect the changes.
