So many choices! - Edit

We ordered lunch from Pita Pit today and we were delighted with the options and convenient ordering! They even identify vegan items on their ordering page so it was a cinch!

Pros: Lots of options , Affordable , Delicious

Cons: Have to check nutritional chart for vegan sauces

Rude manager - Edit

Was delivered undercooked beyond meat in my Pita, I called and the manager answered and told me he was the one that cooked it and since he knew he did it perfectly that my complaint was invalid and he could not do anything to fix the issue without me telling him a real issue with the food. My poor review is based solely on the customer service by the manager and his inability to be accountable or even say sorry that the food was bad.

I’ve been a patron of Pita Pit as a whole since 2005, I ate at this specific location 3 times, all within this past week and it wasn’t until the 3rd time I had any issue with the quality of food or service. I’m not sure who he was specifically, but I recommend not ordering beyond meat unless you intend to order it and eat it in the store so you can show the issue in person if made incorrectly.

Besides that, Pita Pit is a fantastic chain in general and I will always recommend it in general, just not so much this store if that person is the one working unless you are able to prove your problem in person. Good options for a vegan or a vegetarian.

Have loved for years - Edit

They recently added beyond meet with lots of options. Although, I haven’t tried it, because I always get their falafels. It’s a great, quick, cheap, relatively healthy place. The menu is easy clearly marked too with vegan options.
