Not great with food seperation - Edit
Most pita pit locations that I have been to have been great about separating food on the grill. In this shop not only did they not have a separator on the grill but they also did not make any attempt to cook on the other side of the grill or tell me about the situation, hopefully they have some training around this as it is very easy to fix.
