vegetarian and vegan friendly - Edit
A nice unique place which you can build your own pita. There's a vegan option - falafel, which was delicious!! The owner is really lovely and they use different plate for stirring the falafel aside the meat.

Cette chaîne est l'endroit idéal pour manger végétalien sur Aix en provence. Deux options de pita végétaliennes sur la carte (falafels ou crudités), du houmous et du guacamole végétalien, un grand choix de crudités et de légumes grillés. Le prix est très abordable (3,5€ pour la petite pita aux crudités, environ 9€ pour la grande pita falafels avec boisson et salade de fruit)

Fresh, Tasty & Friendly Staff - Edit
Everything you order is adapted to what you like. Think Subway, just tastier and with A LOT more choice of vegan and vegetarien options. The staff really listens and helps you find the best ingredients.
And the best: it's less expensive than McDonalds, Quick, Subway...
