Great options!

Tahini cauliflower is vegan and outstanding! Lavosh shawarma sub tofu and hold feta is also the bomb.

Pros: Lots of vegan options. , Easy to veganize things that aren’t , Love taking non vegans there

Favorite Mediterranean

This is my fav medditeranean spot! They have great hummus, pita, falafel and salads. It's nice finding a place that doesn't use egg in their falafel. The staff is super accommodating as well.

Very flexible and friendly

We have been frequenting Pita Jungle since, well, it seems like forever. From the humble beginnings along Apache Road in Tempe to a spread across "The Valley", down to Tucson, up to Flagstaff, and I want to say in So Cal too!

The food is solid, real food. Their portions can be on the huge side so sharing is cool.

If you have vegan needs, they will gladly accommodate, certainly one of our favorite places.

(I consider it 5 cows but can only rate 4 due to non-vegetarian status)

Pros: Fresh food, Excellent flavors, Flexible kitchen

Cons: Portions are a bit big, Restaurant can be very loud at times

Good Falafel and Great Macro Plate

Reliable source for vegan food in the San Tan Village area of Gilbert. I love the falafel pita rolls and if you really want healthy they have a macro plate with beans, brown rice, vegetables and quite good.

Pros: Location near San Tan Village, Staff helpful and knowledgable, Many Vegan choices

Cons: Sometimes you must wait for a table, Not all options are 100% whole grain, they use salt
