We were here two times and had the vegan sandwich twice, as well as all the different vegan empanadas. All were quite good. The sandwich needs a bit of protein as it's just vegetables, but still tasty. Might get bust around noon and a table might not be available.

This restaurant quickly became our go-to option during our stay in Copacabana. Vegan options in this town are really limited, so having a reliable option for food was great. They have a vegan sandwich, a vegan quinoa salad as well as three different types of empanadas on their menu. We also got a vegan pizza without cheese and loaded with veggies after asking about.

Empanadas waren super lekker! Echt heel goed! Ook konden we ze bestellen voor de volgende dag en op afgesproken tijd lagen ze warm klaar zodat we ze als ontbijt mee op de boot naar Isla del Sol konden meenemen. Tweede keer hier hebben we ook de empanadas besteld, maar ook sandwich vegana. We hadden geen idee wat er op zat, maar de verse gebakken groenten met goede bite nog en avocado was een ware verrassing, zo lekker! Overigens kun je hier ook gewoon eten en niet alleen afhalen (dat staat bij het restaurant).

They had 3 different types of vegan empanadas: vegan, vegan spicy and vegan with mushrooms, for 8 bs each and 15bs if you take two. Unfortunately no vegan milk or other desserts!

This place was great! Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and vegan options on the menu. The mushroom empananadas were really tasty and my boyfriend enjoyed his vegan sandwich too. Only disadvantage: there is no toilet or plant milk.

Delicious food and lovely staff - Edit
So many veggie places have closed down for the pandemic and the Pit Stop have kept going with several options. Around Bolivia so few food places seem to understand what vegan means, but these guys get it, and it’s delicious. Really lovely family run the place, and they speak English too. The pizza and empanadas are wonderful.

Staff are very friendly and have really tasty empanadas. Vegan options are mushroom, lentil, and beans (spicy). Go between 12:30 and 1:30 or after 5:30 and there is a deal of 10 for 65. Otherwise they are normally 8.

I tried a vegan quiche with spinach (15 bs.) and an extremely spicy empanada (7 bs.) with veggies and beans for takeaway which were quite good but the portions quite small.
