Good vegan option in Omis - Edit
Not so many exciting vegan options in town, this had the famous seitan! We also got the vegetable risotto which was nice. Fair prices for the area and nice service and ambience. Serving size was reasonable (~four-fifths full after a main each). Waiter knew what vegan meant (confirmed all vege options were vegan but was unsure about the hot cocoa).

We stopped here for lunch and we all enjoyed it very much. Choice of seitan with potato, veggie burger and more. Large portions and prices commensurate with that. I ordered the seitan with potatoes and only had to order tartar sauce to go with it, but it was delicious. I can only recommend it. 🤌🏻

Read moreI was very surprised that they offer seitan in such a restaurant... It would be nice if there were more raw vegetables with it. Because with grilled seitan, baked potatoes and grilled peppers... Otherwise, the portion is very large.

Amazing place! Grilled seitan with veggies and fries was very tasty. I was even surprised to find anything vegan here and I wasn't expecting it to be so good. The waiter was very, very nice and looked cool. I highly recommend this place!

I was looking forward to try the seitan but they didn't have it. Which you know, sucks, but can happen. The only vegan dishes in the Veg section are rissotto, maybe pasta and overpriced (15 €) tofu salad which I ended up ordering. Big mistake. The salad could fit in one hand a was not even that tasty...

Es gibt laut Bedienung 2 vegane Gerichte - Tofusalat und das Risotto. Ich habe mich für den Tofusalat entschieden und war sehr enttäuscht. Für 14€ gibt es ein paar Scheiben rohen Räuchertofu mit etwas Salat, Gurke und Tomate mit einem Klecks Balsamico. Nicht mal Brot oder irgendwas als beilage. Noch dazu war die Portion sehr klein.

The Seitan dish was very tasty and on the same scale as the meat eater dish. Very tasty and filling. Not marked as vegan! Otherwise there are also vegetarian burgers and other delicious dishes for vegetarians

At Pirate's Kitchen, I had the impression to have a Croatian meal, as I had basically almost the same on my plate as all the meat-eaters: grilled vegetables, fried potatoes and seitan instead of meat! Portion was huge, and I really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, too!

Seitan Plate was decent - Edit
There were four veggie options on the menu. I remember a burger and a tofu salad. I got the seitan and asked for swiss chard and potatoes in place of the fries. It wasn’t great but it was good, filling, and nutritious. The waiter told me they cooked it on a part of the stove separate from the fish and meat (I hadn’t asked for that, but I appreciated it)
