Yum! - Edit
I love this place. I wish I could’ve eaten here more than once. It’s very small, so we were very lucky to get a seat inside. They do have a couple seats outside as well. I think they only have the one vegan option, which is pasta Pomodoro, with just their special pasta noodles, and a delicious red sauce that I believe had some basil in it. So simple, so satisfying! Highly recommend!

Delicious traditional pasta - Edit
There's one options for vegans: trofie pasta with tomato sauce and basil. It came in a takeout box and was super hot. Big portion for 8.50 euro and very filling. Delicious tomato sauce, really! Would definitely recommend.
Read moreI didn't like the plastic cutlery though.
They have a few tables outside. Toilet available.
Pros: Delicious tomato sauce, Big portion, decent price
Cons: Plastic cutlery, takeout box

Good value pasta - Edit
They only have one vegan pasta (the pomodoro) but it's a good portion for the price and to be honest we just needed some tasty carbs after walking in via the trail! All cutlery and dishes are compostable and the place itself isn't far away from the station but was completely free of the crowds. A nice spot, very few other vegan options in the area.

Cheap pasta away from the tourist street - Edit
This is a small but cute restaurant away from the main hustle of Vernazza that feels more local. They only have one vegan option - the Pasta Pomodoro & Basil (doesn’t state that it’s vegan on the menu but when asked they confirmed it is).
Read moreThe pasta is just that - tomato and basil - but as anything in Italy it still tasted really nice and I liked that it had more local prices aswell (8€ for the pasta).
They also say they aim to be plastic free which is really nice, however they do serve your pasta in a takeaway box with compostable cutlery, which is a bit interesting.
They also couldn’t give us tap water because ”they didn’t have a tap”.
All-in-all still recommend if you want to find a more local restaurant with a nice vegan pasta! It’s just a short walk up the street from the train station (opposite way than down to the sea) and with nice views of the mountains!
Pros: A nice vegan pasta , Inexpensive, Local feeling
Cons: Only one option, Served in takeaway box and cutlery, Didn’t offer tap water
