Great place. - Edit
This is a gorgeous place with a nice selection of bagels, wraps, rolls, flatbreads, pasta salad and a mezze plate. Some can be done/are gluten free.
Read moreBetween the 6 of us we tried most things over our 3 visits. My husband was especially taken with the milkshakes.
Their range of cakes, which changes across the week, was great. They even had “custard” slices and cinnamon buns.
Pros: Food, Staff friendly, Cost
Cons: Limited gluten free cake

Lush!! - Edit
Really really good food. Wish I lived here so I could pop for lunch regularly! I had the tofu egg mayo wrap & my partner had the hoisin duck wrap (which he, as an omni, enjoyed so much he went to ask what it was made of!!) Finished off with a custard slice which was absolutely divine. Make sure you go here!!!

We popped in here for a coffee before leaving Llandudno after a 5day family holiday. We are so glad we went here before leaving! Everything was delicious, and the owners, Sara & Jason, we're very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it if in Llandudno 😊 Thank you, Pip&Oat! 💛

A great Llandudno vegan spot - Edit
We were so happy to find this place: we’ve never seen a dippy egg alternative on a menu, and it was very very satisfying; , a cinnamon bun was incredible; it’s a really exciting menu and we got chatting to the owner who was lovely too

This cafe is very cute. The hot chocolate was tasty and I enjoyed the scrambled tofu on bagel. The egg mayo wrap was very good - I've never had tofu mayo before

Lovely people, great food - Edit
Stopped here immediately after hopping off the train since it’s only a five minute walk and had a nice shawarma plate as well as an oat milk latte, both of which being exactly what I needed. Had a bit of a chat a few times with the very nice guy working at the counter, as well.
Read moreThe real star of the show here though? The cookie pie. Crazy rich and decadent, full of flavor, a constant “wow I know I shouldn’t but I can’t stop” experience. If you’re doing the hike up to the scenic viewpoint in Llandudno, maybe save the dessert for *after* all that exercise.

Great breakfast! - Edit
I had scrambled tofu bagel, which was one of the best scrambled tofu I’ve had. And the latte was good too and well presented. We also took wraps away and a cake for later, all the food was delicious.

Fully vegan spot - Edit
We found this fully vegan place on HappyCow before we visited Wales. The menu was extensive but we only had coffee and cake. The cake was quite sugary, and the staff forgot our coffees. They were apologetic but we eventually had to ask for them in to-go cups. I would go again to try their savoury dishes - perhaps we caught them on a bad day.

A vegan gem! - Edit
I was in Llandudno for a conference and I was dreading trying to find healthy, tasty food to eat. Then I discovered Pip & Oat!
Read moreI've been in Llandudno 4 days, and I've had them 3 times!
I've had the scrambled tofu bagel, the cream cheese and cucumber bagel, the feta and sun-dried tomato bagel, the "egg" mayo wrap, the dippy egg and soldiers, the chocolate milkshake, the iced coffee, and the rocky road (I have been sharing with my husband... I didn't eat all this myself!).
Every item blew me away with the taste. Especially the dippy egg!
Llandudno is lucky to have this place. If I return, I'm sure to make Pip & Oat a regular haunt!

Great vegan cafe - Edit
Great little vegan cafe serving snacks and cake. The scrambled tofu was really tasty. I had Turkish Delight cake and it was amazing. The sponge was devine and it wasn't smothered with too much icing as some vegan cakes are.
Read moreThe menu has enough choice but is small enough so as not to be overwhelming for the owners to complete orders in a timely manner at busy times.
The owners were friendly and welcoming and I wish them success. Please visit to keep it being a success.

Yum! - Edit
Went here last weekend and had the delightful egg wrap and Shawarma. Both were lovely and the egg wrap comes highly recommended from vegan friend that attended with me. It was nice not to have to worry about what milk would be in my drink and I'll be back for another iced chai latte!

Cute, quietly vegan cafe - great coffee - Edit
I was in the area and found this fully vegan place on Happy Cow. It was early afternoon and we had coffee and cake.
Read moreThis place is fully vegan but doesn't shout about it - so hopefully the passing public will visit unaware and enjoy (many non-vegans, including some of my friends, would usually avoid fully vegan as they judge before they try!).
There was a good selection of cakes, all looked amazing. We went for lemon and poppy seed cake and one that was like a jammies dodger blondie - both great and quite filling!
The coffee was fantastic (my bf is a coffee snob but not vegan, he always says independent vegan places have the best coffee) - this is true here too.
Oat milk is served as standard.
They did a small variety of savoury food. I didn't take a photo but remember scrambled tofu on bagel was on the menu.
Friendly staff, nice service, excellent coffee tasty cakes. Will return if in the area. Recommend!
Pros: Vegan cake variety , Oat milk served as standard , Location

How nice to find this place next to the boba shop, they even accommodated us with gluten free vegan buns on the menu! We had a few of those and a vegan gluten free lemon drizzle cake!!! So good! Only thing could improve on is the canned drinks available and making sure they are cold😄

Llandudno's First Vegan Cafe! - Edit
I finally got to try the newly opened plant-based and nut-free Pip & Oat yesterday, and I was not left disappointed. The cafe has made impressive use of their small space, and they operate on a walk-ins only basis. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and it was lovely to see the cafe filled with a mix of new and returning customers.
Read moreThey run a sizeable drinks menu and offer both iced and hot coffees with an option of oat, soya, or coconut milks. The food menu, which contains a gluten-free section, has many tempting choices as they offer such a wide variety of Rolls, Paninis, and Baguettes in addition to their Soup of The Day and Hot Dish of the Week. I had the Seitan Kebab Served on Pitta Bread with Salad as I have had a similar dish at their sister venue, The Green Island, in Rhuddlan and have always enjoyed it. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented, and it even caught the attention of fellow diners who commented on how good it looked.
They have a large selection of sweet treats to take away with yesterday's selection including a Carrot Cake, Biscoff Cake, Chocolate Brownies, and Jammy Dodger Deep Dish Cookies. They also had an option of lighter snacks to take away, such as fruit, sweets, chocolate, and crisps. I took away a Sultana and Cinnamon Bun, which was unbelievably good, and I also tried a piece of a Tripple Stack Chocolate Cookie, which was sweet with a great consistency.
I had such a great experience at Pip & Oat and cannot wait to return to try more of their dishes as I already have my eye on their Seitan Turkey & Stuffing and Coronation Chickpea Baguettes. This cafe is a must visit for vegans in and around Llandudno, and the trip is even feels worth it for vegans located further afield (such as myself) as the food and service here are fantastic. The cafe is dog friendly, and they regularly update their socials with the latest hot dish and cakes options, so I recommend you give them a follow! 🌱
Pros: Great Choices, Varied Menu, Delicious Food, Gluten Free Options, Nut Free, Dogs Welcome, Lovely Staff, Comfortable Modern Cafe,
