Tasty Pinsa - Edit
I was very pleased to see that they offer vegan mozzarella on the pinsa/pizza and it's not just the vegetarian pizza/pinsa without cheese, as is so often the case in other restaurants. The pinsa was very tasty with fresh vegetables and also very filling. The staff is friendly and I also liked the fact that the dessert on the house (sorbet) was vegan.

Pinsa is a matter of taste - Edit
Personally I prefer pizza to pinsa (which is baked first and only then gets the toppings). But hey, this is the only option in the St. Fiden area and you may like pinsa more than me.
