Awesome comfort food

I loved the Thai food at Pink Elephant Kitchen. There were so much options it was hard to choose. The homemade dipping sauces, salad dressings and curry should not be passed up.

The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful to when deciding what vegan meal to get. The food came out of the kitchen so fast and fresh.

Excited to return anytime I’m in Carson City.

A Curry Lover's Paradise

I had a great experience at Pink Elephant! The food was delicious, especially the fresh mango roll with an amazing dipping sauce. The vegan Pad Thai and red curry with tofu were also satisfying. Their unique focus on frozen vegan curry for take-home is intriguing, although their hours might be a bit unusual. The red curry with tofu was definitely a highlight. I'll definitely be returning for more!

Pros: Red Curry, Service , Mango fresh roll

Cons: Hours are mostly favorable for lunch, Menu Not marked as vegan items

Delicious

This is a new restaurant opened in January. I tried their vegan curry dishes - so good! The ingredients which included broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, onions, and more, were very fresh. They advertise they use organic ingredients. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because their hours are limited and not open Saturday or Sunday. Otherwise I will be a regular customer.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Fresh organic ingredients

Cons: Limited hours of operation
