Reformhaus with mostly organic products - Edit
This organic food store is very centrally located in Lübeck. You see the Pinguin pharmacy from outside, enter the store and follow the stairs to the basement of the pharmacy. If fruits and vegetables are fresh, than it is recommended to buy there for cheap prices, also organic cheese is often cheap in this store.
Pros: centrally located, some prices are quite cheap
Cons: a bit hidden in the basement, staff sometimes a bit grumpy

I cannot understand what a health food market has to do with a pharmacy but anyway you can find some vegan products in this market and they do offer fresh oranic vegetables and organic pastries.
