We had the breakfass sammy and pineapple dream smoothie as well as a croissant. Everything was divine including the thoughtful fresh orange slices. Our only regret was not trying the buffalo Mac crunchwrap because we didn't have time to come back. We will make the pilgrimage to Burlington solely for Pingala!

Will be coming back every time I am in the Burlington area. Love that they have a whole crunch wrap menu! Mac and cheese is good but I've definitely had better. It could use a little salt or seasoning to really elevate it but it's still good on its own.

Such a perfect location. Nice shaded picnic tables as additional seating. Well located so that you could leave your pups in the car and easily monitor them. The Dumplings were exceptional and the Crunchwrap was good - though it could have used some spicy heat. Employee was super nice.

I stopped here recently on a visit to Burlington and am very impressed! Food-wise, this was the highlight of my trip. This place has a unique and varied menu while still maintaining cohesion.
Read moreI ordered the brunch crunchwrap and would have eaten several more if I could have. I have rarely tasted a carrot "bacon" that lives up to the name, but this does it. Along with that, I ordered a chai latte and a hot chocolate. The chai was admittedly not for me- a little chalky and not very creamy. The hot chocolate however was perfect: intense and sweetened with *lots* of maple syrup. I can't wait to come here again if I ever return to Vermont.

And definitely get the aioli! My husband was happy with his Supreme and I would reorder my Brunch version on our next visit, unless I decide to get adventurous and try something else at this 10/10 cozy, beautiful haven. We also split an order of gyoza, which arrived an a bed of greens with a delicious sauce. The coffee (decaf, thank you very much) was espresso based Americano, freshly and expertly made and delivered with friendly warmth. #Veganuary

Read moreThey add Turmeric to many of the entrees with Black pepper to help on the nourishment. Energy balls are good. Huge portions for the broccoli and peanut sauce. They are famous for the crunch wraps. Though be careful if spicy isn't your thing. Really spicy.

This is a small, colorful cafe that has AMAZING vegan comfort food. Take any of your non plant based pals here and they will be converted. The crunch wraps are their claim to fame but I got the Be-you-tiful bowl. It was loaded up with brown rice, broccoli, spinach and this amazing peanut sauce covered tofu. It was one of those meals that had me dancing in my seat while I ate.

I was expecting the crunch wrap to be a little more crunchy and indulgent, but maybe ordering it ahead of time caused it to sit for awhile and become mushy. The flavors were fine but tasted like something I could make at home. Wish I tried something else from here.
