Tasty food!

They have vegan cream cheese/bagels, egg/sausage/cheese muffin sandwiches (2 kinds), a taco with soyrizo, and a burrito with soryizo. The egg muffin sandwich is super tasty! I will say I wouldn’t come here just for the coffee though, but altogether quite a nice surprise!😄

Pros: Outdoor seating

Hidden gem with several vegan options and a bike shop inside the cafe!

Great location right on the Burke-Gilman trail and 40th. Ride you bike there and have lunch on the back covered deck. Delicious coffee with all the alternative milks.
My current new favorite vegan breakfast sandwich is served here.
Yummy yummy yummy

Pros: Friendly staff, delicious coffee, several vegan options

Yummy Blackened Tofu Sandwhich

I am a plant based eater and also an employee at PIM Bikes and Coffee! My favorite breakfast at PIM is the El Compadre- vegan breakfast sausage burrito paired with a coconut milk based dark chocolate mocha latte.
My favorite lunch vegan offering would have to be Molly's Blackened Tofu Sandwich, the gluten free and vegan Molasses cookie, and a white coffee with rose soy milk latte!
If I want an afternoon snack, I love the double dark chocolate gluten free and vegan cookie with a hot chocolate made with dark chocolate syrup and oat milk! Sometimes I also go for the toasted everything bagel with vegan cream cheese! Its a simple snack that is warm and yummy and delish.
We also have some quick snacks for the vegans riding along on the Burke Gilman trail like sparkling apple juice, fruit leathers, and izzy drinks as well as Lara bars and Cliff Bars.
Its a great place to work because there is always something new and delicious to eat!
