Best vegetarian food I have ever had in a restaurant (definitely not a cop-out veggie option like some places). Ensure to call to inform them you are vegan/vegetarian. They change the menu every day so you can tell they are creative and inventive with their food. For the starter I had a potato and leak soup with truffle pieces and truffle ravioli. Main course was a beetroot stake, and vegetable spring rolls with additional vegetables and creative delicious vegetable smears on the plate. All was very high quality and super tasty. Highly recommend and would go again!

A decent bet for a classical 3-course meal vegan style - Edit
You have to contact them in advance, but they can deliver a nice vegan menu. Made from scratch and you definitely feel some effort has been put in and that you are not an afterthought. It is on the slightly expensive side but it is definitely worth it.

First of all, the food was super delicious and everyone (vegans, fish and meat eaters) were very pleased. We booked a table at Pihlkjær for 14 people and could order for everyone in advance, which made the evening much easier. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially with choosing wine within our budget. A great fine-dining place that doesn't break the bank.
