Great place to hang out - Edit
Nice vibe and great drinks! We ordered the vegan chicken taco as a snack, which was amazing. It was minty and sweet at the same time, with a little spice. There is a happy hour for drinks, and there are multiple tv’s so you can also watch sports. Or, as we did, you can also just talk or read a book.

Super friendly staff! Cool vibe, I had the vegan chicken tacos loved them a little spicy but I would definitely recommend them. They also had a few other vegan options which was nice to see!

We loved our meals! I had the goodness bowl, and my boyfriend had the vegan burger 😊 the vegan options were really yummy, really cosy pub which is what we wanted. Normal pricing i'd say, really good portions.
Read moreOnly thing that takes it away is there aren't many vegan options (only 2 main meals, 2 starters), also would have been good if a pub had vegan options for proper pub food (like pies, sausages, mash etc) but they did have a vegan dessert available which is pretty cool. I would've given Pig & Whistle 3.5 starts but you can't do that on here! Great if you're really craving pub grub... although my meal was more on the healthy side 😄
Pros: Good portions, Yummy, Perfect if you can't be bothered to faff about
Cons: Not loads of options, Wish we could have pies or sausages and mash!!

Vegan options are not limited and are clearly not afterthoughts. They have creative dishes with good flavor! We had the crispy vegan chicken tacos and a vegan burger and everything was yummy!

Vegan Burger: This was good. Served with potato crisps as the hot chips are not vegan (as advised by the server).
Vegan 'Chicken' Tacos: These were really nice. Great flavours and texture.
We had a pram and were unable to find the ramp entry, and there are also steps if you want to sit outside. It wasn't too much of a problem, though.
There are no vegan options on the kids' menu, but we just shared.
There is plenty of 60-minute free and paid street parking close by.

Options were bbq tacos, a delicious goodness bowl and a pumpkin vegan burger. We were impressed.

Honestly the steamed pulled jackfruit buns were quite tasty but the portion was a bit on the small side for me. Drinks-wise they offer a wide selection with loads of locally produced choices

Had the vegan chicken tacos. Not really a chicken substitute, was mushy and could have been Jack fruit. Not much flavour and I thought it was expensive for what was served. Best thing was the coriander on top.
