Savory and sweet vegan pies! - Edit
When I heard this place was opening I was thrilled to see they offer vegan options! Best oatmeal creme pie I've ever had, vegan or otherwise. Chickpea curry hand pie is perfectly flaky crust with warming spiced chickpea potato curry filling, I want to try to recreate it at home myself. I've had a few of their fruit pies as well, absolutely love them! They currently don't have a store front, but you can often find their products at the salt city coop and they're often at the cny regional market on Saturday mornings.

Nice staff, Several Vegan Options - Edit
Friendly place, and I was super excited that they have vegan options! I got the Caramel Apple Galette. I'm giving a three star rating because of the caramel; it was basically a hardened candy, much like the consistency of a lollipop. It made the pie harder to eat/enjoy. A soft caramel would be much better in this pie.
Read moreThis being said: the crust was delicious, as was the rest of the filling. The staff member working was very pleasant, and I'd be happy to come back and try other vegan options.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Reasonable prices
Cons: Caramel was hard candy, not the best for pie
