Excellent choice of vegan (9 of 21 flavours) icecream! - Edit
Very friendly owner! 9 out of 21 choices are vegan, see photo for flavours, of which 5 sorbet and 4 soy based. The soy flavours (we tried 3) tasted excellent, much better than expected. The owner explained (in understandable Italian :) how he uses mineral water and soy, instead of ready-made soy milk, which in our opinion tasted excellent, we couldn't tell it was soy. If you happen to pass this ice cream shop, try it! :)
