Ok salad, dirty forks

The salads were nice but their cutlery was very dirty even after asking for a second set. Also for 13 euro per salad we found it overpriced

Pros: Nice salad

Just happy to find something vegan

I was just happy to find a place with vegan options, and Picnic has a few vegan and vegetarian dishes which are clearly labeled. It’s ok for a snack. I had the avocado/watermelon salad with bread which was good.

Pros: Cute place , Clearly labeled, Friendly staff

Cons: Dirty bathroom

Basic and expensive vegan options

Very few and basic vegan options, and expensive for what you get. A salad with iceberg, tomato, avocado was 12€.
I wouldn’t recommend for vegan food.

Cons: Very basic vegan options, Expensive for what you get

Nice food, some options

Noto isn't the most vegan friendly town, so its nice to have. A place with vegan listed on the menu. You can only really had a couple salads, bruschetta and cous cous. However they were all very nice and flavourfull.

Delicious food, many vegan options

This place was a breath of fresh air in Noto. Several vegan (and vegetarian) marked dishes on the menu. They were so fresh and really tasty! We tried 2 of the salads, the bruschetta and the couscous. However - I did not notice until it was too late that the bruschetta was marked Vegan but contained honey. My kids had already eaten it ☹So frustrating! If this mis-marking on the menu hadn't existed, I'd have given it 4 stars. Another plus is the effort to use no plastic.

Pros: Fresh and tasty, Several vegan options

Cons: One of the 'vegan' options contains honey!

Basic vegan Food

We went there for dinner and had the vegan mixed bruschette & a salad.
Everything came with one way plastic plates, we got a plastic fork & knife and the glasses were plastic as well.
The bruschette were ok, but one sort contained honey. The salad was super basic, mostly iceberg lettuce, some tomatoes, a bit avocado and arugula served with Balsamico in a one way plastic bowl, to my mind 8€ were way too much for it.

Pros: clearly labelled vegan options , okay for a snack

Cons: way too much plastic, too expensive for this basic food, vegan bruschetta has honey as a topping

Decent place

Decent spot for lunch, we had the mixed bruschetta and salad bowl with fresh juice.
I was disappointed to see that food was served with plastic cutlery, the excuse was Covid? Sicily has such a massive problem with rubbish, surely a restaurant like this can afford proper washing of normal cutlery even during coronovirus times..

Cons: Single use plastic

Really nice place

Vegan options, well studied and tasty! Outdoor seats, really kind staff and the manager played the guitar for the clients
