So the tofu sandwich is addicting, absolutely addictive. Sweet potato fries are yummy, very satisfying meal.

Vegan-Friendly Food Truck Doing Vegan Food Right - Edit
There are plenty of vegan options. I love that this food truck offers vegan versions of the foods it's known for such as sandwiches. Lots of non-vegan businesses do not make sure its vegan options match the quality of the rest of its menu, but this place does. We enjoyed everything we ordered - Vegan "B"LT, Vegan Fried "Chicken" Sando, and Vegan Grilled Cheese. Very fresh and flavorful. I just wish it had a public Instagram account or e-mailing list I can subscribe to so I can keep up to date on which events it will be in operation at.

My wife and i tried two of their vegan sandwiches and were very disappointed, the soy chickless sandwich was so so at best and the BLT had a fish taste. Really wanted to like them, as a vegan option, but will look elsewhere for now.

Picnic always has great vegan options, but it's not completely vegan. It's a little expensive, but the quality is very good, and the portions are filling.
