No substitutions now

Tried to stop in and have lunch but they refused to make substitutions to make it vegan.

Vegans can make do

Had the avocado toast without feta and it was good but a small portion. No vegan options as-is on the menu. They do have plant-based milks for coffee drinks. None of the pastries are labeled vegan.

Cons: Minimal vegan options

No vegan options

Avocado toast is vegan if you remove feta. Nothing else can even be made vegan. Toast was good, though pricy.
Remove this from happy cow ASAP, otherwise the bar is very low. We left to Hayden and came back because that wasn't great either and I wanted to make my non vegan dad happy.

No vegan options at all

What a difference a year makes between reviews, I guess. They had none of the things other reviews mentioned. There were no vegan baked goods (so no matcha cookie), they didn't have soups, and they couldn't even tell me if any of the breads are vegan (though I'm sure most probably are). I thought about getting the avocado toast sans feta but I decided I didn't want to pay $12 for something that small and then still be taking things off. I'm giving an extra star because the staff was very friendly and I like the ambiance (which kind of makes it all the more disappointing). Also, the coffee was good and they have non-milks.

Pros: Friendly staff, Good coffee

Cons: Not vegan friendly, Pricey

Really good avocado toast

The avocado toast can be made vegan by putting it on one of their fresh vegan friendly breads and by removing the feta. It came topped with a lot of avocado, watermelon radishes, and these amazing marinated tomatoes. It was super tasty, and was plated really nicely. The toast came as one thick slice, and was filling. I think it was a little pricy for toast, but I would still get it again.

Pros: Plated nicely, Unique additions to dish (radish / tomato salad)

Cons: Limited options, must modify things, Some might say over priced

Great vegan soup!

This bakery serves many gluten free items and some vegan items. They have a vegan soup each day and a delicious vegan matcha cookie. I had the chickpea soup and it was excellent. The lattes are delicious also. They have coconut milk and almond milk available. Some breads are vegan, but ask which ones.

Pros: Friendly staff, Fast service, Great coffee house atmosphere
