Lovely interior and delicious pasta - Edit
There are many exquisite pasta, risotto, and antipasto platters to choose from in this beautiful restaurant tucked behind an unassuming building down one of Hualien's less frequented streets. It is wonderfully decorated with many plants hanging from every available space. The menu is in English and Chinese, and staff speak some English too. I've dined here a few times over the past few years, and have really enjoyed my meals each time. It is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it, as the quality and service is very good.

Absolutely amazing pasta. It's expensive (especially by Taiwan standards) but it's asking the best pasta I've ever had (and I've been to Italy)
Read moreThe interior is nicely decorated, and the vibe is very chic but relaxed.
The menu is in english and Chinese and says what diet each dish is acceptable for (vegan, ovo lacto, garlic or no garlic)
