Plant Based Pizza!!! - Edit

What more could you want?! After being vegan for 2 months I was crazing pizza and this was just what I needed! Garlic knots and veggie pizza were top notch. Will return!

Pros: Vegan Pizza, Friendly Owners, Happy Vibes

Cons: I didn't have room for cheesecake

Awesome Food and People - Edit

My family came here for dinner after a day of skiing and had an amazing meal. The food is delicious and the menu has something to offer for everyone. The owners and staff are awesome and create a warm and cozy environment (which is exactly what most people want after a day of skiing/snowboarding). Next time I visit Breckenridge I will definitely return to this restaurant. I highly recommend eating here (even if you are not strictly plant-based).

Pros: great food, friendly people, cozy environment/good music

Cons: NONE

Fantastic! - Edit

Piante pizza would have gotten 5 stars just for being vegan in Breckenridge. But frankly it would get 5 stars anywhere in the world. the garlic knot appetizer is fantastic! really enjoyed the pesto pizza. the cheesecake was fantastic with tons of fresh fruit on top. Non vegans would enjoy add much as vegans, take the whole family.

Pros: vegan! in the mountains!

Cons: none

Fantastic pizza with friendly owners - Edit

I was super excited to learn about Piante, the first vegan restaurant in the area. It's always crowded and the pizza is amazing. I love that they make their own cheese and have creative menu options, plus the sauce is excellent and reminds me of the pizza I used to eat growing up in New York City. The owners are very nice people, service is fast, and the value is better than just about anywhere else in this town. I just wish they were open every day so I could sit down instead of dropping in only on my lunch breaks.

Pros: excellent food, great value, friendly owners/staff

Cons: not open every day

delicious new vegan pizza spot - Edit

A friend and I discovered Piante on Happy Cow and showed up on Friday night. It's a tiny place, and it was packed, but the waitress took our cell number and called us when a table was free, and was super sweet. We ordered the house salad, bruschetta, and veggie pizza, and it was all INCREDIBLE. The cheese wasn't Daiya which made me very happy. Instead it was a delicious almond ricotta that melted in your mouth and blended so well with everything else. All of the ingredients were whole foods based and delicious, with none of that processed food fake cheese aftertaste. Then, after we had stuffed ourselves beyond mention, the owner came over and sat with us and told us her story and asked about ours, and we had the most LOVELY meaningful conversation. My friend was not vegan, but thought it was fabulous, and I would highly recommend it to everyone and anyone.
