Dry and tasteless - Edit
Was looking forward to the vegan options but was very disappointed. We waited almost an hour for two piadinas and one piadapizza. When we got them, they were very dry and not really tasty. Not worth the wait or money, def better vegan options elsewhere .

It's great that they have a designated section of vegan Piadinas. The Piadinas are nice, hot and crispy. We only tried the ones with hummus but would have loved to try them all if we had more time in Brindisi.

Vegan piadine wraps! - Edit
I have become a big fan of having a piadine after a gym session. This piadineria has a whole section of the menu dedicated to vegan options and they are all pretty good although I personally recommend item number 1 on the vegan list. Definitely give it a go if you are looking for something light, tasty and cheap.
