Auf der Karte steht kein veganes Piadina, aber die sehr nette Dame hat mir gleich ein veganes empfohlen. Auf ihre Empfehlung hin nahm ich eines mit Karotten-Creme, Grillgemüse, in Basilikum-Essig eingelegte Zwiebeln und veganem Feta bestellt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr sättigend. Der Teig hatte eine andere Farbe und Konsistenz als die nicht vegane Variante. Absolute Empfehlung!

Lovely, but only one vegan option (to my knowledge) - Edit
It was fast, it is portrayed as take away but you can sit there. There is quite a few meat options, if the rest of your family are meat eaters (as mine). I ordered piadina with grilled vegetables and the lady immediately asked me if I was vegan, gave me special flatbread (I think it’s even gluten free but not sure) and asked if I would like a little bit vegan cheese there as well. It tasted very good, I was very happy with it.

The vegan options aren’t specified on the menu but the owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have vegan friends and a good understanding of vegan food.
Read moreThey offer a very tasty vegan piadina with grilled veg, vegan feta and hummus and are happy to add or leave things out according to personal preference. A piadina is about 9,50€. Highly recommended for a lunch that doesn’t feel like pure tourism.

I had a lovely relaxing time there. I am been very well welcomed.the piadina was made on the go. There was no problem by mentionning I was vegan. They happily explained that they changed the recipe often but they have a good understanding of what is vegan.it will make the Italian vibe of the day. I recommend

I ate their veg traditional piadina (without lard), very tasty and satisfying! They make the dough with special kinds of flour as well.

Delicious vegan piadina - Edit
In a city with very few vegan options this small place was a wonderful surprise. I ate a wonderful piadina with grilled vegetables and home made hummus. The owner also makes his own made parmesan-like veg cheese.
