Every non-vegan restaurant should be like this - Edit
I know it's not a vegan restaurant, but I just love how they advertise themselves with vegan options. Almost everything in the menu can be vegan and it's perfectly marked in the menu, they know what vegan is and don't ask any weird questions.
Read moreI tried pizza, calzone and bread sticks, everything really tasty. Would come back again for more. I am at the other side of the city, but I don't care having to drive 30min to get there, I liked it.
They even have vegan desserts, but I was too full to try them.
Everything is prepared at the moment, which makes it nice but also be prepared for slow cooking.

Le pondría 5 estrellas pero la app no me deja por no ser un restaurante 100% vegano, pero la verdad es que me ha sorprendido mucho el menú tan variado para veganos que hay en Piachela. Yo pedí unas alitas de coliflor y son las mejores que he probado hasta ahora. También pedí una pizza y wow! Que rica! Ya hacía falta un lugar de buenas pizzas veganas en Querétaro. 100% recomendado

Outstanding vegan menu! - Edit
This restaurant has newly established a broad range of vegan dishes, making their whole 'traditional' menu vegan. We were super impressed by the variety and couldn't really decide what to order. In the end, we shared a half of vegan four cheese pizza and a half of their Carnival pizza which were absolutely incredible! Definitely super cheesy. With all their dishes they offer vegan cheese, vegan meat etc., so you for sure won't find your boring pizza with tomato sauce only. Additionally, the owner surprised us with their 'chicken' wings with BBQ sauce which were equally delicious as well.
