Cheap vegan noodles. Not far from Party Street - Edit
Very cheap vegan noodle soups. Nice little interior. Tiny plastic tables outside with even tinier plastic chairs. Their bo kho chay is really tasty. No English spoken. Menu in Vietnamese and English. They are honest and you pay the correct amount. They won't rip you off.

Very cheap and equally good - Edit
The food in this place is just so good and ridiculously cheap. For me it’s tempting to just keep going to this place every time I’m hungry instead of trying out new places.

The menu is mostly soups which are very well presented with a lot of ingredients. Too much mock meat for my personal taste but that’s preference not quality.
