Forget Phuket - Edit
There were only two vegan options on the lunch menu. The Kua Tofu was fried tofu with mushroom powder, fried garlic and Thai chili (which I omitted). The lime flavor was overwhelming. My partner ordered the Pad See Ew vegan, which was served with the same tofu.

The food was delicious and the staff was great. I only saw one vegan entree on their menu (cauliflower curry, so good!) But lots of vegan side dish options. Great cocktails!
