Cheap and good, locals eat here. However it is not fully vegetarian. Owner does not speak English.

Yummy local vegetarian options - Edit
It's not all vegetarian but it's easy enough to make sure you get it by asking for "choy" and or showing the photos on happy cow app. Otherwise this is great authentic food at great price and delicious. Pretty sure they use fish sauce so if you're a committed vegan, beware.

All the food on the menu is very inexpensive, beyond that it is so good. The people are friendly and I am always greeted and served quickly. I love coming here and will continue to do so while I stay in Vietnam.

cheap, delicious big portions! - Edit
Stumbled across this place by chance and had rice with a mix of vegetables - the portion was huge and delicious!! You have the choice between a small or big portion with minimal price difference (20 or 25k) for most menu items. Rice, noodles, soups and everything the heart may desire in Vietnamese cuisine - they are vegetarian, might be vegan even?! Menu is in Vietnamese, Staff might not speak English
