Meh - Edit
There are a few vegan options on the menu but I've found them to be bland and uninspired. Okay if you are eating with all omnivores, not somewhere I would seek out as a vegan.

Great vegan pho! - Edit
They have a vegan noodle soup on the menu which is vegan pho. Fresh veggies.like broccoli, carrot, corn, mushrooms, onion, in a vegan vegetable broth with noodles plus a side of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeños, fresh lime, and fresh basil as toppings. It is very tasty and my favorite pho near our home in Manchester
