What a terrible experience. - Edit
Sadly my mum and I had a dreadful experience here. We ordered the Plenty burger from the vegan menu. After 15 minutes they brought out meat burgers with bacon. I asked the waiter if they were vegan and he said yes. I told him they seem to have bacon and meat. He said sorry and took it back.
Read more15 minutes later they brought us a vegan burger, but it was the Classic burger not the Plenty burger which we ordered. We were too hungry to send it back again.
When we went to pay, they charged us for the Plenty burger, and I told the lady they gave us the Classic burger. She apologised and gave us a new bill. I paid it without checking and then noticed it was the same amount. I alerted her and she apologised again, but I couldn’t be bothered asking for a refund of the difference.
It was a really disappointing experience. Too many mistakes were made, causing us to wait a long time for, and paying for food we didn’t order. A simple apology wasn’t enough in this instance. We won’t be going back.
