Serves meat, vegan options available. Renovated in 2012 into a 1960's style diner in the Catskill Mountains, this restaurant is veg friendly. Always a vegetarian soup of the day, portobello or grilled veggie sandwich accompanied with fried potatoes or salad, and sometimes a beet and bean veggie burger. Open Mon 7:00am-5:00pm, Thu-Sun 7:00am-5:00pm.

GREAT FOOD AND AMBIENCE, LIMITED SELECTION - Edit
This newly renovated diner is fun and a happening place. There is a great Portobello sandwich, lots of great egg dishes, a vegie burger that seems to always fall apart, usually a vegetarian soup, great fresh french-fries.....so it's limited but given the general lack of vegetarian food in this area, this is an oasis and a place I return to often despite its limitations for me.
