Lemongrass Tofu Rice Is Nice - Edit
There is a vegetarian page in the menu, but nothing is marked vegan, so I asked about fish sauce and egg. The server had some difficulty answering, but it may have just been a language barrier. We received our order within a few minutes! The Salad Rolls were served with a large bowl of tasty peanut sauce. The Lemongrass Tofu Rice had a lot of tofu, but I wish the broccoli had been cooked longer. Unfortunately, there were a lot of fruit flies around us, but the restaurant looked clean otherwise.

Lemongrass tofu yum ! - Edit
We recently moved to HV and decided to peek in just to see if there were any vegan options. To our surprise, there was a full vegetarian menu ! The waitstaff report no fish sauce on the vegetarian items. We’ve gone twice and have tried the pho, vermicelli (bún), fresh spring rolls, and egg rolls. The lemongrass tofu rice plate has been our favorite so far. Note the dipping sauce provided is just soy sauce, and not any fish sauce substitute, which would have been nice to have for some of the dishes.
