soothing and delicious

this is such a cute home style feel restaurant. it’s small inside and always pretty busy. the vegan options are tofu summer rolls (peanut sauce is vegan) and vegan pho, but you have to say vegan since there are two veggie pho options. one is veggies in animal broth and the other is veggies in vegan broth. it’s labeled this way on the menu, so there’s no confusion with servers when ordering. the broth is so wholesome, delicious, and soothing. the veggies and herbs are always fresh. and the peanut sauce for the rolls is delicious. this is one of my usual spots and it’s worth the trip. my only complaint is that you only get 3 pieces of tofu in the pho.
