They have a few vegan options but I’ve only ever got the Pho. The Pho is always delicious and hits the spot, especially if it’s cold out. Lots of veggies and the broth is flavorful.
They only have one size option, which is a large portion. You have to ask for the sides , bean sprouts, basil and jalapeños.
Pros: Good flavor
Cons: Disposable containers and utensils , Service is usually not great

Loved that they were very clear about vegan options. Not the most flavorful, guessing their non vegan stuff is much better but nice that they have options. Got pho and tofu salad rolls.

A lot of pho-k'n vegan options - Edit
The menu here has a ton of veggie/vegan options. Got the veggie pho and the crispy veggie rolls. Both were great. The tofu was well done in the soup, would have liked some mushrooms however. Overall, very good but a little on the pricey side.

Delicious Pho but EXPENSIVE - Edit
Ask if they put MSG in their Pho (it tasted like it). The Lemongrass Tofu is deep-fried in shared equipment. If those things and the price doesn't bother you, this place is legit authentic with super friendly owners.

This appears to be a family run place -- and everyone working there seemed very happy to be there. It also appears to be very popular among the locals; while I was there, the host boisterously greeted several people by name... clearly this restaurant has a lot of regulars. It's a very small, dive-y place, but had a nice vibe. I ordered the vegetable pho -- very clean and fresh.
