Serves meat, vegan options available. One location of a small chain of Vietnamese restaurants with a similar name (Pho Tre Bien Express, Pho Tre Bien Noodle House, etc) that has six items listed as vegan and ten items listed as vegetarian on their Uber Eats menu, with some additional items that can be made vegan. Recommended to try the lemongrass tofu dish. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Many Items marked vegetarian have fish sauce!

We didn't eat at this location, we were advised that their location on Gateway Blvd. was the best choice. There is a section of "Vegetarian and Vegan" items which includes about a dozen dishes. Since it did not distinguish between which are vegetarian and which are vegan, we asked our server. She went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that many of the dishes on the "Vegetarian and Vegan" section contained FISH SAUCE. Yep, you read that right, apparently fish are swimming vegetables. I would have to assume that this issue exists at all of their locations. Welcome to Texas.
That said, once we found out which items were vegan, the food was good. Hopefully it really was vegan.

The online menu currently on their website is outdated.

Pros: tasty and plentiful, good service

Cons: fish sauce in items marked "vegetarian and Vegan.", Koi pond, and an overcrowded one at that

Greasy and mixed results

Not a lot of dedicated vegan food in El Paso, so when I saw a vegan section on their menu on Uber Eats, I was encouraged to give it a try. Mostly disappointing I'm afraid. The fresh spring roll used deep fried tofu that was in thick pieces that kind of defeated the purpose of it being a fresh spring roll. The taste was a bit off I think because the tofu was overly flavored, again not in keeping with the "fresh" spring roll concept. I asked to have the mayo left off the banh mi tofu sandwich and was told it was otherwise vegan even though it's not on the vegan menu. The bread did not have a crusty crust (key to a good banh mi) and seemed store bought, but the sandwich was OK otherwise. I'm spoiled by West coast Vietnamese restaurants I guess. Finally I was mostly pleased with the lemongrass tofu dish which you can get over rice or noodles or both. Very flavorful and a huge serving, but on the greasy side. (See photo.)
