Tibetan and Vietnamese? Weird, but it works. - Edit
The vegan momos are great, though there is only one variety. The vegan pho is fine, nothing spectacular. The vegan banh mi and the soy protein over rice are tasty.

Cons: The vegan pho is only OK

Options but not too flavour packed - Edit
They definitely have vegan and gluten free options. Vegan options are indicated on the menu. Gf you need to ask what is.
Read moreThe avocado rolls are very bland and not worth ordering.
Had the vegetable pho without the soy protein (to make it gf).
Was a small bowl and just lacked flavour and depth.
I wouldn't go back.

Pho Tibet has amazing soy curls! Better than any chicken teriyaki I ever had pre-vegan. - Edit
This restaurant introduced me to the wonderful food that is soy curls.
Read moreThey have vegan pho, vegan soy curls over rice, vegan dumplings (momo), and probably some other options.
At one point I was ordering takeout from here 3x per month, but I've since learned how to buy and cook with soy curls at home so I only go here maybe once every other month, it's still yummy though.
Takeout service is great, they're very very quick and nice. Sit down service was okay at best.
Pros: Quick takeout, Delicious, Multiple options
Cons: Table Service

Pho & Momo in one place - Edit
Really great to find this combining two of my favorite cuisines! We had the veggie momo , thin skinned, unlike the thick and heavy ones you find sometimes and veggie pho, which can be made gluten free. Very satisfying!!
Read morePros: Nice combo of cuisines., Gluten free vegan options., Super nice people
Cons: No outdoor seating, but you don’t have to go far

I Just Got Home After Eating and I Want to Go Back - Edit
Tried it for the first time tonight and though they have a limited menu and are takeout only I cannot wait to try more stuff there.
Read moreHad an amazing soy protein summer roll. I can't wait to have other dishes with the soy protein.
Had the best momo I ever had, they were like heaven in a flour dough.
They they were only open for takeout (COVID-19) the two staff members I interacted with could not have been nicer.
Pros: Momos, Clearly Labeled Vegan
