Good veggie pho broth

This is my regular spot for tofu and vegetables pho in a vegetarian broth. The vegetarian broth here is much more developed than other local pho shops which have a watery option instead.

Pros: cheap, good vegetarian broth, quick

Cons: only 1 vegetarian option
