It is easy to find the vegan options on the menu. They are tasty too. I especially recommend the tofu spring rolls and the tofu vermicelli.

Open for take-out only. Call ahead or step inside to order. Very Covid-19 safe, it appears. There was a steady influx of people, yet our order only took a few minutes. It’s worth the few miles off I-90, I added some photos to show the generous portions and nice presentation. Only three stars (to me, that means Good, not Fair) because the flavors were not all we are used to, but we’d stop here again.

Fish sauce is not vegan. - Edit
The supposed vegan dishes are swimming in fish sauce. Really good food but I found nothing I could trust as vegan. I think there's some confusion or misdirection about what is or isn't okay for vegans to eat.

Read moreBut on two separate occasions I’ve tried the tofu vermicelli noodle dish, and the stir fried tofu and veggies. And both times they tasted VERY fishy even though they assured me before and after I ordered that there was no fish or oyster sauce added.
And not sure if the menu changed since the last review, but nothing is marked vegan or vegetarian on the menu.
So just be sure to specify your needs here.
(Also, they don’t offer a veg broth, so Pho is a no-go)

There are a few clearly marked vegan options. They're really good! The waitress mentioned a few more options which were vegan but not marked on the menu.
