Lots of vegan options - Edit
Most menu items can be accomodated to be made vegan. The fried rice can also be made vegan. There's a cute robot that delivers the food. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgable with subs.

Di is exceptionally adept at guiding vegan customers to a tasty selection! She knows all the ingredients of all the menu items, and can offer adaptations on the spot. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful and I’m here weekly! Don’t miss out! The pho is insanely delicious!
